As Colorado’s highest volume cabinet manufacturer, Tharp employs close to 75 employees in beautiful Loveland, Colorado. Positions include; Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, Production, Finish, Delivery and Field Service. Compensation includes salary, profit sharing, and benefits for full-time employees.

Benefits
Tharp offers a medical plan that includes a PPO option with a national provider. Enrollment eligibility is 3-6 months from the first day of the following month of start date, depending on position within the company. Family and dependent health care coverage is available for an additional charge. We offer a voluntary dental as well as a vision plan that is a stand alone option, independent of the medical plan. Profit Sharing is offered for all full time employees. The plan is 100% funded by Tharp and details of the plan are reviewed upon eligibility, one year after the entry date into the plan.
